• Self-Service Data Operations Platform — designed and built a full-stack, event-driven platform that reduced data-operations turnaround by 99%, from 2–3 days to under 15 minutes. React and Cloudscape frontend; Python serverless backend; Step Functions orchestration; DynamoDB configuration store.
• Cohort Provisioning Platform — designed and built a serverless API gateway, Python SDK/CLI, and AWS infrastructure stack that reduced provisioning effort from approximately 8 hours to seconds and enabled growth from 40 to more than 500 cohorts. Implemented OAuth2, multi-region routing, circuit breakers, canary deployments, and three global stacks.
